处女视频-IIT holds LEAPS seminar to promote inclusive employment for PWDs

The Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (处女视频-IIT) successfully hosted the seminar LEAPS: Linking Employment and Advancement for PWD Success at the University Mini-Theater on April 28, 2025.
Spearheaded by the Center for Learning and Academic Support Services (CLASS) in partnership with the Career Center and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the event carried the theme “Fostering a Future of Equal Opportunity for Every Ability.”
The program featured a keynote address by Joseph Nathan J. Fabrega, RMT, RN, MPM of DOLE-X, who spoke on inclusive employment policies and career pathways for persons with disabilities (PWDs). Students actively engaged in a Q&A session that followed, deepening discussions on workplace inclusion.
Opening remarks were delivered by Prof. Rohane M. Derogongan, Ph.D., Vice Chancellor for Student Services, and Sittie Aquizah A. Dumarpa, RGC, LPT, CLASS Director, gave the closing message. The event also featured a special performance by Jasriene I. Malawani and ended with an aftercare session for reflection and feedback.
The LEAPS seminar affirmed 处女视频-IIT’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
